Much like our North Star Red, our Potter John’s Special is different each year in style, flavor and complexity.  This year’s  2006 Potter John’s Special is a nice white table wine blend made from 5 Northern winter hardy grapes.  With citrus and melon fruitiness with a touch of sweetness, this blend is perfect for light meals and Hor D’oeuvres.  Serve chilled.
