Our La Crescent is a new high quality northern white grape from the U of M characterized by citrus and tropical fruit flavors. This new exciting wine has been taking Minnesota by storm!!  Our first harvest of this new variety is semi-sweet, characterized by a strong apricot body with a nice soft apricot finish.  An excellent pairing with Salmon!  This year’s vintage was rewarded with a silver medal at the Indy International Wine Competition!!
